Refunds & Returns

Please read this page before you book or buy. By completing a purchase or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, please get in touch before you order.

All sales are final

Tina does not offer refunds on sessions, readings, mentorship programmes or crystals, unless agreed with you in writing.

Payment & booking

Full payment is taken when you book – your time is reserved only once payment is complete.
Each session is for one person, unless the session description says otherwise.
Session times are shown in your own time zone when you book. Please double-check the date and time in your confirmation email.

Rescheduling & missed sessions

You can ask to move your session to another time up to the day before it – just contact us with your order number.
Cancelling on the day of your session counts as a missed session, and missed sessions can’t be refunded or rescheduled.
If you join 15 minutes or more late, your session may be shortened or treated as missed.
Sessions end on time, so other clients are never kept waiting.
If Tina ever needs to move your session, you’ll be offered a new time that suits you.

Same-day readings

Readings are sent by email on the day you order. Readings purchased after 4pm Central are sent the next day.

Crystals & shipping

Each crystal is one-of-a-kind, and the photos show the exact piece you will receive.
Crystals ship within the United States only.
Shipping is charged on crystals only, based on the total value of the crystals in your order – free when they come to $150 or more. Sessions and readings are delivered online, so they never add shipping or count towards free shipping.
If your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging.

Nature of the services

All sessions, readings and programmes are spiritual and intuitive guidance, offered for personal growth and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Outcomes are not guaranteed – your own choices and free will shape your path. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent, to book.
